State fans on Thursday. King addressed the situation with the AJC, “Although schools have contacted me, I have not told them I’m free to them. I’m fully committed to N.C. State.”

Notre Dame and Virginia Tech haven’t offered King but are still evaluating him. “They’re kind of hanging in there to see how everything unfolds.”
