UGA added another big name for its heralded 2016 football recruiting class.
Chauncey Manac, a 4-star defensive end from Clinch County High School, tweeted out his commitment to UGA on Saturday morning.
The 6-foot-3, 220-pounded reported around 15 offers, including Auburn, Clemson, Florida, Florida State and South Carolina, among others.
Manac is rated as the state’s No. 6 overall prospect for 2016, which will be in contention for the nation’s top class for next year.
UGA now three commits for 2016, with the other two being 5-star quarterback Jacob Eason and 5-star offensive lineman Ben Cleveland.
