Jacob Eason’s arrival at UGA is more than a year away, but the 5-star quarterback keeps doing things to make Bulldog fans excited.
Eason is from Lake Stevens, Wash., and he is ranked as the nation’s No. 1 overall prospect for 2016 by Rivals.com.
He committed to UGA at last summer’s Dawg Night prospect camp.
Eason he will make the cross-country trip to UGA in April, making his first appearance in Athens since last summer, per 247sports.com’s Steve Wilfong. Eason remains committed to the Bulldogs, but is still being recruited hard by other schools, most notably Michigan coach Jim Harbaugh. “Something would have to go wrong with Georgia for sure to make Michigan a big factor.”
