WR reflects on his decision to leave the Southeast

D.J. Render, a three-star receiver from North Cobb High School, committed to Kansas State over Chattanooga and East Tennessee State back in June.

Render said he committed to Kansas State because it was the first big school to offer him. He has visited campus before and said Manhattan felt like home.

The 5-foot-11, 170-pounder told the AJC that Wildcats coaches have told him that he should expect to redshirt.
