Xavier Kelly recently told the AJC that he would take an official visit to UGA no matter which school he decided to commit to, but those plans have changed.
Kelly, a 4-star defensive end from Kansas, committed to Clemson on Friday during a live ESPN spreecast. The 6-foot-5, 255-pounder told the hosts that the only school he will visit is the school he just committed to.
“I won’t be taking any more visits,” he said. “The only official visit I’m taking is to Clemson.”
UGA was recruiting Kelly has an outside linebacker, and the Bulldogs currently have zero commits at the position.
